Barry had moved to 36 Castle Street, Oxford Market, London in the later months of 1788. 1John Pearson's address, Staple Inn in Holborn, was associated with Gray's Inn, one of the Inns of Court; he was possibly a partner in the legal firm of Judson and Pearson of Staples Inn, London (see PROB 11/1252: Will of John Bolton, Clerk to Messieurs Judson and Pearson of Staples Inn , City of London).
